The Challenge
The Solution had quietly entered the wellness IV market — a crowded one, with little to differentiate one brand from another. Word of mouth helped keep the doors open, but the brand’s struggle to communicate its unique offerings to the community was a serious barrier to success.

The Solution
The Solution’s key differentiator was that it conducts diagnostic testing as a first step, which allows them to recommend and build each client a ‘personalized wellness solution’ based on individual biomarkers and health needs. We needed to develop a content-driven marketing program, emphasizes messages on the brand’s unique offerings. I worked side by side with corporate leadership to help establish a unique messaging platform to streamline internal communications and external marketing initiatives across platforms.

The Results
Our efforts included a full revamp of the brand’s website, as well as the commencement of a digital marketing program to meet audience needs online. Since this relaunch, The Solution has seen incredible growth in its domain and beyond. It has since launched several successful sister B2B brands, including a prominent COVID-19 testing brand, to serve a national community amidst the pandemic.
